Cape Town – South African influencer and content creator Mihlali Ndamase has been caught up in some relationship issues after a woman who claimed to be married to her boyfriend is reportedly demanding money for maintenance.
According to Sunday World, the estranged wife, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has reportedly demanded R156 000 in maintenance from her husband, a businessman romantically involved with Mihlali.
The woman is opposing an application by her estranged husband to rescind a court order obtained against him early in 2023, the court papers said, according to the report.
She also took issue with the fact that he permitted Mihlali to attend to their children without her knowledge or consent. She allegedly claimed that Mihlali is a bad influence on her children, saying the ravishing model previously spewed expletives in public in the presence of the children.

The South African also reported the woman claimed that the businessman paid for the social media personality’s start-up cluster in Bryanston, to the value of R100 000.
“She is starting to live the lavish life that I lived with the applicant, and his financial position has manifestly not changed,” according to the papers.
The woman claimed that the reason her husband was unable to pay any maintenance was due to the fact that he showers Mihlali with luxury gifts and presents. She also said he failed to return her Range Rover to her, while also planning to purchase a Porsche for Mihlali and a Bentley for himself.
Arguing for the rescission of the order, the businessman said he cannot afford the R156 000 monthly spousal maintenance sought by his wife, due to company debts standing at R45 million. He also said he cannot afford to pay R1.7 million legal costs incurred by his wife, the report saisd.
Mihlali has yet to comment on the situation thus far.
