Cape Town – Media personality Thando Thabethe and actor/presenter Siv Ngesi have expressed their disapproval of Dr Nandipha Magudumana’s behavior in court.
Thando questioned the doctor’s laughter during the proceedings, while Siv criticised the attention she receives for her appearance.
Taking to Twitter, Thando wrote: “What on earth is so funny, what is she smiling and laughing about?”

Meanwhile, Siv wrote: “Sick and tired of seeing this woman’s face! All you’re all talking about is her hair, makeup, beauty and her wearing Nike! Pretty privilege is next level.”

Nandipha and her partner Thabo Bester, who is known as the “Facebook rapist” and murderer, appeared virtually in court in Bloemfontein this week.
Nandipha’s well-groomed appearance has raised questions, but the Department of Correctional Services explained that accused individuals have access to their belongings before court appearances.
“There are accredited skills development programmes in the correctional centres that help inmates to acquire skills that will make them employable or self-employed,” SABC News quoted the department’s spokesperson Singabakho Nxumalo as saying.
Nandipha is facing charges of aiding and abetting escape, violation of bodies, and fraud.
There were also allegations that she stole unidentified bodies from Free State mortuaries before Bester’s alleged scam and death in his prison cell.
