Cape Town – Award-winning rapper Ntsikayesizwe David Junior Ngcobo, affectionally known as “Nasty C”, took to Instagram recently to point out to his legion of followers how toxic Twitter is to one’s mental health.
Nasty C said: “… out of my love for you and my concern for your health, I’m begging you to leave that app.”
“If you love yourself or want to start loving yourself, leave. It really is that simple.
“We’re giving this app too much power and control over our own lives. I promise you if we all just left, it would make a huge step in the right direction. It’s just another version of hell in your phone.

“Don’t spend all day on Twitter complaining about people on Twitter. Just leave. Delete it. It really is that simple. If you’re looking for love, kindness, support, understanding and solution, you won’t find it here,” he wrote.
