Cape Town – After two successful installments of The Real Housewives franchise in South Africa, the third installment of the reality TV show will be based in Lagos, Nigeria as The Real Housewives of Lagos (RHOLagos).
According to TimesLive, RHOLagos will follow six of the most glamorous women in Lagos, Nigeria as they live it up in lavish lifestyle.
“The Real Housewives franchise lends itself to localisation and we know our audience is going to love seeing the show reinvented Naija-style. We can’t wait to show the continent – and the world – another side of Lagos, with all the drama, high fashion and luxury you’d expect from The Real Housewives franchise,” ShowMax quoted Candice Fangueiro, Head of Content in a statement.

The Real Housewives of Lagos is produced by LiveSpot360 – a Consulting Agency in Nigeria.
“The Real Housewives of Lagos (RHOLagos) is set to give a peek into the opulent and oh-so-extra lifestyle of some of the most affluent women in Lagos, living their best Eko-Miami lives. Plus, all the drama and gbas gbos you can expect from The Real Housewives franchise,” read the statement.
The Real Housewives of Lagos will debut on the streaming service, ShowMax on April 8 2022, with new episodes to run every Friday.
