Cape Town – South African DJ Uncle Waffles, also known as Lungelihle Zwane, gained attention on social media for recreating an iconic scene from the 2004 movie “Mean Girls”.
The scene in question is the Jingle Bells performance by the movie’s main character, Regina George, and the “Plastics”, who are the popular girls in the school.
The original film starred Lindsay Lohan as Cady Heron and Rachel McAdams as Regina George.
Uncle Waffles received praise for her recreation, with social media users expressing excitement and suggesting a South African version of “Mean Girls” with Uncle Waffles playing Regina George.
The video garnered significant attention and engagement on social media.
