Cape Town – South African music sensation Uncle Waffles continues to make headlines and be an ambassador for South African music, so much so that she’s gained recognition and praise from Ciara.
The two seem to have become friends ever since Ciara was present for her Coachella performance and the two decided the best way to spend their time together was by making a TikTok video together of them doing the Yahyuppiyah challenge. The video was also posted to Twitter.
“?oppp met @ciara ?,” the caption said.
Ciara left two comments on the post. She said: “Uncle waffles you are the sweetest ???” and “CC and uncle waffles issa Vibe ????”

Ciara posted a clip of Uncle Waffles dancing backstage at Coachella. She responded by reposting the story and thanking Ciara for the recognition, The South African reported.
Besides the Level Up hitmaker, Uncle Waffles has also gained recognition from big names like Drake. He followed her on Instagram the first day she started trending on social media. Kehlani also praised the DJ and showed her love for her craft while in South Africa for a tour.
