Cape Town – AKA and Cassper Nyovest, two of South Africa’s rap heavyweights, are known to have a longstanding rivalry between them. Over the years, the two artists have not been afraid of aiming digs at each other on social media, and during their live performances.
However, a clip was posted to Twitter of the two artists giving each other a high five during an exhibition football match that took place earlier this year, leading many fans to ask whether AKA and Nyovest have officially buried the hatchet.

Speaking on L-Tido’s podcast, AKA said he and Nyovest have not kissed and made up, saying that the two were simply on the same football team for the day and put all their differences aside.
