Cape Town – Media personality and reality TV start Sbahle got tongues wagging after she unveiled her summer body with a sexy fitness video shared on her Instagram page this week.
In the video, Sbahle, who has been known to be a consistent fitness bunny, is seen dancing to Phyno and Tekno’s “Full Current (That’s My Baby) in her gym gear.
She twerks and flexes her fire body, as she performs outdoor exercise routines.

Sbahle has been documenting her healing journey on social media using different training techniques following her horrific car crash in 2018.
According to Drum, Sbahle spent three months in intensive care after she was severely injured when her blue BMW 4 series collided with a tree.
She had amnesia after a head injury and couldn’t walk, as both her legs were broken.

The socialite never spoke about the incident until recently, when she decided to launch her own YouTube channel, Sbahle’s visual book, in which she intended to give her viewers an inside look at every aspect of her personal life.
In the first episode, Sbahle met with YouTuber Owamie Netshivhazwaulu and discussed the incident.
She revealed that the accident occurred on her way home from a night out with a friend. Sbahle also said that she was in the accident with a friend and that the friend was to blame for the accident.
