Cape Town – A club where South African DJ Black Coffee, real name Nkosinathi Innocent Maphumulo, was scheduled to perform was reportedly rocked by gunfire in the early hours of Monday morning.
According to the Daily Mail, the shooting occurred at Opium Beach Club in Marbella, Spain at around 01:00.
Black Coffee was among the artists due to perform at the club.
An Irishman and a Dutchman got into a fight in the club’s VIP lounge.
The Irishman was kicked out of the club. However, he made it back inside and confronted the Dutchman with a knife.

During the brawl, the Dutchman drew his gun and opened fire in the crowded nightclub.
He then shot the Irishman and three other people and also suffered stab wounds to his eye, forehead and neck.
All five injured people were taken to the hospital in serious condition.
Videos from the incident made rounds on social media.
In the videos, patrons could be seen trying to escape the venue. Some fell to the floor, as others continued their charge towards safety.
The matter was under investigation.
