Cape Town – Mzansi socialite and fitness fanatic Sbahle Mpisane has honoured her mother Shauwn Mamkhize Mkhize with a tattoo.
The fitness junkie spent three months in intensive care after she was severely injured when her blue BMW 4 series collided with a tree in 2018.
She opened up about the incident when she launched her YouTube channel, Sbahle’s visual book, and has been vocal about the support she got from her mother throughout her recovery.
She recently got a tattoo to honour her mother and shared the moment on her Instagram with a sweet message.

“My body is my journal & my tattoos are my story. Thank you mom @kwa_mammkhize for always understanding me & being by my side through thy lows and highs, you are a blessing, I love you unconditionally,” she captioned the video.
Mamkhize has always been vocal about her love for her children and celebrates their wins every step of the way.
When Sbahle announced she would be telling all about her accident in her youtube channel, Mamkhize beamed with pride.
“I am super proud of my daughter @sbahle_mpisane finally unmasking herself as part of her healing process,” she wrote, sharing a clip of Sbahle’s emotional tell-all interview.
