Cape Town — South African actress, Minnie Dlamini, got people talking following her comments about her ex-boyfriend, Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper, Ithumeleng Khune.
Many fans seem to think that Minnie is still upset about the way things played out with Khune, and her latest comments have done her no favours.
In a video that was posted on TikTok and then started trending on X, Minnie was shocked to learn that Khune is still an active player.
“No man guys, Khune doesn’t still play?” she asked. When a voice in the background confirms that he still does, she could not hide her surprise.
“HE STILL PLAYS?,” she screamed before taking in her awkward moment and continuing with her analysis.
You should be ashamed of yourself, Minnie Dlamini . Phuma ku Khune and focus on paying imali yesondlo sendoda, this was so low of you 😳 pic.twitter.com/zikO9t4oqv

Many people took to social media and were quick to point out how embarrassing Minnie’s comments and reactions were, claiming she was the one who ended things with Khune, but yet it appeared as though she was acting immaturely about the situation.
However, Minnie was quick to clear up the confusion about the situation, claiming that everything was said in jest and that she and Khune were cool with each other, and that the writers of the show made jokes about everyone, The South African reported.
“People must not take things seriously, it was all a joke – there is no bad blood between him and me. They make fun of me mostly and what’s going on in society. It’s all in the name of fun and entertainment. No malice at all,” she said.
Take a look at some of Mzansi’s reactions to the original video below:
Minnie Dlamini broke up with Itumeleng Khune who was willing to pay R1m for her, because she felt she was too young, wanted to explore things & work on her career. Only to end up marrying a dude who is now suing her for spousal support. Now she’s a baby mama paying child support. pic.twitter.com/GZxp6B8K55

Since Minnie Dlamini wants to trend and be relevant once again using Itumeleng Khune’s name… Let me post the pictures of my captain in his happy relationship that lasted longer than her marriage!
You can’t be denouncing Mzansi’s number 1 like that! pic.twitter.com/H61UplmI3S

Even if Itumeleng Khune decides to hang his boots today and stop playing football
He probably has a Goalkeeper coaching job waiting for him
While Minnie Dlamini has to twerk for her next Gig 😭
