Cape Town – The Memorial service of Mark Pilgrim took place on Friday, March 10, in Johannesburg, with his former employer Hot102.7FM announcing the details of the service.
The station sent out a tweet on Thursday, encouraging viewers and fans to tune into the live service that was live streamed on YouTube.
“Join us in paying tribute to our beloved Mark Pilgrim, a memorial is being held in Johannesburg tomorrow. It will be live-streamed here. The link will be live from 09h30 and the service will start promptly at 09h41.”

The South African reported that no other details of the memorial or mention of a funeral service were made. The station did share a famous quote by Mark; “Don’t stop believing.”
