Cape Town – South African sports superfan Joy “Mama Joy” Chauke, now Mrs Pitaud, recently married her French partner Nicolas “Papa Joy” Pitaud in a traditional Xitsonga wedding ceremony.
The couple tied the knot just a week after Pitaud proposed.
Chauke expressed her happiness on social media, thanking her new husband for his love and declaring herself “Mrs. Pitaud”.

Their love story became public during the Rugby World Cup in France, and Chauke visited Pitaud in July.
Their wedding featured traditional Tsonga attire and dancing, with both families celebrating their union. Fans celebrated her engagement and marriage online.
