Cape Town — Veteran singer Kelly Khumalo recently criticised CemAir in a viral video, accusing the airline of unprofessional service.
In the video, which has circulated widely on social media, Khumalo expresses her frustration over her CemAir flights being cancelled without prior notice.
Visibly upset at an airport terminal, she vents at a helpdesk, saying: “This is what we have to deal with…sh*t service from CemAir. We missed our flight when we were there. It’s not on screens; they don’t even bother to send smses, to warn us.
“South Africa must never support this sh*tty airline.”

In a surprising turn, Mzansi has not rallied behind the singer. Instead, many have found humor in her situation.

The Pilots knew that Kelly booked the plane and left her behind on purpose. The safety of other passengers comes first pic.twitter.com/Un6BdfonTg
