Cape Town – South African singer-songwriter, Rethabile Khumalo, recently revealed on Instagram that she was in a car accident, posting a video of the car post-crash and the effects the accident had on her face.
The artist who rose to fame after being featured on the single Umlilo by DJ Zinhle did not reveal the full story behind the crash but shared images of how it damaged her face prior to her recovery.
“Don’t be hard on yourself, rather give yourself the chance to heal and have hopes again,” she said in the caption of her post.

The caption served as a motivation for her followers.
“Your failures do not define you because you are bigger than them,” she said.
“Trust your abilities and let the hope bloom inside. You will do better in the future,” she added.
She also revealed that she will be dropping the full story soon.
