Cape Town – Iconic actress and media mogul Connie Ferguson has started a skipping rope challenge and she has shared it with her 3.7 million followers on Instagram.

In the 30 seconds video, the actress is clad in a workout outfit and viciously skipping a rope.
“No doughnut formed against me shall prosper!” she captioned the video.
Connie also shared how her father inspired her from a young age to love physical core workouts.
She shared a short clip of her 86-year-old father working out in the gym in a tense workout session.

“Inspiration IS a person!
“Shout out to my Pops, Sensei Fish Tuelo Masilo, who will be 86 in May! I absolutely have no excuse right?” she wrote.
Earlier Connie had shared her father’s accolades from his boxing days in the 60’s.
