Cape Town – South African actress and media mogul Connie Ferguson has slowly started getting back into her fitness routine after taking a break following the death of her late husband, Shona.
Connie decided to step away from the spotlight after Shona died on July 30 as a result of Covid-19 related complications at Milpark Hospital in Johannesburg.
She has, however, been open about her mourning process, which she continues to document on social media by sharing heartfelt posts about her husband.

She recently returned to the set of Mzansi Magic’s telenovela The Queen, where she plays Harriet.
The actress has also recently taken to social media to share with her fans via a separate Instagram page called @iconniecfit that she’s slowly getting back to her gym routine.
Connie uses this different Instagram page to share some exercises with her 109 000 followers.
Recently she shared two skipping videos.
“Starting to skip again and tried front and back cross combinations! actually did the damn thing,” Connie captioned the first video.
