Cape Town – South African DJ, Black Coffee, recently revealed that he once bought a house from his neighbour just so he could be able to party in peace.
Black Coffee appeared on the British podcast, The Diary Of A CEO, and spoke to Steven Bartlett.
The DJ opened up about various things, including his early years, the role music played in his household, the most pivotal days of his life, and more.
He also opened up about his living situation after his divorce, and he shared that he bought a house and invited his family to come live with him. However, living with his mother bothered him a bit despite having the warmth of the family.
“I can’t bring my friends here, I can’t have a little party because my mom is in the other room,” he said.
As it played on his mind, he revealed that he got a phone call from a neighbour who told him that he was selling his house because he was moving overseas.
“It was like a solution so I bought the neighbour’s house,” Black coffee adeed.
He termed it the ‘Black Coffee’ house.
