Cape Town — Rachel Kolisi revealed that she and her family have packed up their home in Paris and are now set to move back to South Africa.
Rachel and her family will be back in South Africa after Siya secured a move back to The Sharks. Kolisi had a brief stint with the club before he moved to Paris last year to play for the French Top 14 side, Racing Club.
With that move, it meant Rachel and their two kids, Nicholas (10) and Keziah (7) also had to make the move to Paris. The family had adjusted well to living abroad and Rachel often documented her journey while living there on her Instagram page.
Now, with Siya’s move confirmed, Rachel showed off her packing skills once again and posted a reel to Instagram of the long and tiring packing experience.
“And thats a wrap in Paris ❤️🇫🇷 Gave myself 3 days to pack up our home here – very wild. But it’s done. This is my 4th move in 18 months – so I’ve gotten good at it 😅” she said.
While she was looking forward to returning to South Africa, she said she was grateful for the friends and support she had while living in Paris.
“Incredibly grateful for the small but very solid group of friends made here. This week has been a roller coaster of emotions but grateful for every call and message of encouragement and support! Excited for the next chapter and whatever my good God has in store for me,” she said.
