Cape Town – Singer Amy Jones, has announced her pregnancy in the only way she knows how, by singing a classing tune of You Are My Sunshine.
Joined by her husband Lee Willcock and their two kids, 16-year-old Cyhann and 12-year-old Joel, the family shared the excitement of their expectancy.
In a clip posted to Instagram, the family is seen in all-smiles, while Amy plays the guitar and eventually reveals her baby bump.
“We’ve been keeping a secret…🍼💌 Every good and perfect gift is from above, and our family is growing. The Willcock family will be welcoming a precious new addition in November/December 2024. 🤍🥺 Our hearts are full as we prepare to embrace this beautiful blessing!”, Amy posted.

The couple tied the knot late last year, and their new born baby is a product of their fairy-tale union.
“Our special fairy tale white wedding in November last year marked the beginning of our journey as newlyweds, and this child will be our first born together – a true blessing and a promise from God fulfilled”, the couple confessed in a joint-statement, as reported by The Citizen.
Amy, the performer
As a former Idols SA contestant, Amy has been gracing stages since her debut on the show in 2013.
With a few chart-topping hits in her bag, Amy released her long-anticipated album titled, My Forever Friend, late last year. The album brings in afropop, afrohouse and afrobeat genres, whilst taking her supporters on a journey through her life.
Upon its release, Amy posted on Instagram “The day is here!
