Cape Town – A video of a man kissing South African rapper AKA, real name Kiernan Jarryd Forbes, on the cheek while greeting him has gone viral on social media.
The encounter with the fan occurred at the Spring Jump Off 2022, as suggested by the video caption.
In the video, AKA is greeted by an unknown male who hugs him and plants a kiss on his cheek.
The rapper declines the man’s gesture and pulls away from the hug.
As they depart from the hug with AKA objecting, the man suggests the gesture is the Italian style of greeting (kissing on both cheeks)

Although the rapper didn’t find the incident to be funny, his followers were rolling on the floor, as they laughed at this reaction.
“kiss 4 who….angazingeni U mega,” wrote one follower adding laughing emojis.
Another follower said: “He wasn’t happy with the kiss aaay aya ayy aayayaya.”
The rapper doesn’t take kindly to being kissed by men. In 2019 he alleged a man tried to kiss him following his performance.
He wasn’t shy to share what he thought about the fan who tried to kiss him in a tweet.
Even last night, I got off stage and hugged some fan, DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS GUY DOES? He tries to kiss me on the mouth. Instead of actually hitting him in the face, I told him he actually deserved to get hit in the face. Controlled my temper like a champ. Super proud of myself ? https://t.co/uef9by2Chs
