Cape Town — South Africa’s music queen, Tyla, is set to make her debut at Coachella, with the global festival taking place in April 2025.
Tyla was set to perform during the 2024 show but was forced to withdraw due to health concerns, however she will please her international fans when she returns for this year’s line-up. Coachella is one of the biggest music and arts festival and will run across the two weekends of 11-13 April and 18-20 April 2025, The South African reported.
The headline acts across the first weekend are Lady Gaga, Green Day and Post Malone, but there are a host of incredible artists also set to perform in what will be a blockbuster event.
Tyla is set to perform on Friday 11 April and among the notable acts to join her include Missy Elliott, Benson Boone. Joining Green Day on Saturday are Charli XCX and T-Pain, while Zedd and Megan Thee Stallion will perform on Sunday.

Tyla’s stock has grown in leaps and bounds since her breakout year in 2023 and she expressed her excitement to perofrm at the 2025 edition after she had to miss the 2024 edition. She took to X and was ecstatic to announce that she would be performing for the first time.
