Cape Town – Beloved South African actress Connie Ferguson has taken to social media to commemorate what would’ve been her 21st anniversary with her late husband, Shola Ferguson, saying tomorrow never came for her “bestest friend”.
Connie wrote in an Instagram post about how happy Shola made her while “he was here”. She said that she will carry the love she has for her late husband for eternity. She thanked him for the love and memories he had left with her to cherish.
“This day 21 years ago. Tomorrow never came for my bestest friend, but I know how much he loved me,” Connie said in the caption of her post.
“There’s a great comfort that comes with that, knowing just how happy you made someone in this lifetime, and how happy they made you.”

Connie was recently at a loss for words when she shared a portrait of her late husband on Instagram.
She posted a video and thanked Netflix for honouring her late husband. She also commended the artist, John Adams who created the portrait.
