Cape Town – South African comedian Trevor Noah’s SA tour in September is proving so popular that he will be adding an extra performance.
But some fans are concerned that his performances will be hit by load shedding.
With eight of the 11 shows scheduled for Cape Town, Durban and Pretoria from 31 August to 16 September already sold out, the comedian has announced an extra performance, according to The South African. Noah also said was very excited he was to come back to South Africa.
“?? ?? ?? We’ve added another show at the SunBet Arena! Find tickets for the new show and last remaining tickets for all other dates on my website! TrevorNoah.com Can’t wait to come home! ?? ?? ??,” he said.

Many fans commented on the post that they had their tickets booked; some also asked him to do shows elsewhere in South Africans.
Commenting on Instagram and Twitter, fans were also quick to remind the comedian about the possibility of load shedding,
“Hello Trevor, Before you add another show, please check the load shedding schedule and also the area you want to host because eish… people at Eskom are on their brother Bernard vibe for real.” @ThisIsKayGood wrote on Twitter.
“Coming home to darkness!!! ?,” @johnmelik commented on Instagram.
“Dololo lights,” @Beezo08 said.
