Cape Town – South African reality star Naledi Willers’ mother Bagomi Willers shared some emotional words during Naledi’s memorial service that took place on Wednesday at Houghton Hotel, Johannesburg.
In a live-streamed memorial service, Bagomi spoke fondly of Naledi.
“My daughter, wherever she is right now I’m sure she’s very happy. She really taught me something when we were going through this tough time. She taught me a lot of things and I’ve learned a lot of things from her…Some of them I didn’t even think gore I would learn them. At my age, I thought I was past that but surely I was still coming behind. She has taught me how to be strong. She taught me “mama you don’t just give up, you fight”,” said Bagomi.

She continued: “I’m here today to celebrate her life not to feel sorry for myself. I’m just here to share the beautiful life which God gave me with her for these 31 years, and I’m happy to say ‘thank you God, thanks God for that’. If it wasn’t for God maybe she should have been gone a long time ago.”
