Cape Town – South African controversial poet Ntsiki Mazwai slammed businesswoman and socialite, Shauwn “MaMkhize” Mkhize after she offered assistance to the iconic former TV presenter and artist Bonginkosi “Zola 7” Dlamini.
Earlier this week, social media was abuzz with pleas from people asking for financial intervention towards Zola after a video showing his current state went viral.
MaMkhize took to her Instagram page on Thursday to share with her followers how she had lent a hand to the once prolific famous artist, who also once in his lifetime, was a philanthropist to the needy.
In one video clip, MamKhize could be seen with Zola in a Bentley, as she showed him the ropes.
“Zola thank you for visiting us today and we’ll be seeing you soon. All those that can lend a helping hand let’s come together and show up for one of our own,” wrote MamKhize in a post.

Following this, Ntsiki took to Twitter to express her displeasure in the way MaMkhize chose to lend a hand to Zola 7. She said that MaMkhize should have done it in private rather than letting everybody on social media know about her gesture.

“Nina nidakwa yiBentley….. Nothing noble about MaMkhize putting Zola on social media groveling to her…. She should learn to help privately and not seek audience,” Ntsiki wrote in a tweet.

How was he groveling to her? All that you saw was a video taken in a Bentley and smiles… How’s that groveling? You don’t even know what help she offered to Zola 7, was taking a video a crime now? https://t.co/Lsdw3SXH6d
