Cape Town — South African Olympic star and 400m world record holder, Wayde van Niekerk and his wife Chesney, revealed their family will be growing as they are expecting their second child.
In her most recent Instagram post, Chesney uploaded a series of pictures from a wedding she and Wayde attended where she announced to the world that she was pregnant.
Rocking a beautiful black and nude dress, Chesney posted a side-on picture where she posed as any pregnant woman would – holding her baby bump. Take a look at the snaps below:

Fans will be excited to follow Chesney’s pregnancy journey with much excitement, as many famous followers and fans wished the couple well on their new bun in the oven.

“Congrats to you and Wade. You look amazing,” @pattymaurice commented.
According to The South African, Wayde and Chesney married in 2017 and they welcomed their son, Elijah Luca, to the world on 24 November 2021. Chesney announced her pregnancy in a very different manner from Elijah’s birth, including a fun family poster.
“I’m so excited to announce that we’re having a BABY!! ❤️❤️❤️ We are looking forward to this process and to having a healthy and blessed pregnancy. Soon the Vans will be joined by a little Super Van,” she said at the time.
