Cape Town — Halloween is starting to become more and more of a global phenomena as Uncle Waffles showed when she paid homage to two music icons this year.
Halloween marks the end of summer and harvest and the beginning of the dark, cold winter, a time that was associated with death, TimesLIVE said. While many see it as an opportunity to dress up in elaborate and scary outfits, others choose to dress up in iconic outfits worn by famous celebrities, sports stars or movie or TV characters.
Uncle Waffles did just that as she said Halloween was the perfect excuse for her to recreate some iconic outfits and looks from US rap legend, Nicki Minaj, and Canadian superstar, Justin Bieber.
“Halloween is an excuse to dress up so I’m DEFINITELY DOING IT😭 Had to go as Mother Nicki and Baby Justin 🤭,” she wrote on Instagram.
