Cape Town — The list of accolades for Eswatini-born amapiano star Uncle Waffles just keeps growing as she graced the cover of Forbes Africa.
The DJ was beaming with pride as she was revealed as the cover star for Forbes’ October and November issue of the magazine. She took to Instagram and posted a picture of the cover and her excitement was clear to see, as she said she could not explain how she was the Forbes cover star.
“What do I even say, how do I explain that I’m on the @forbesafrica cover. 🥹God, thank you, for always choosing me. This journey continues to be a journey of the impossible and this is still only the beginning.”

Uncle Waffles continues to break boundaries and push herself to achieve more. This year alone she has performed at Coachella, headlined her own show in New York, released two albums, and has received great praise from internation icons such as Kelly Rowland and Missy Elliott.
