Cape Town — South African superstar Tyla has shown her talents extend far further than the music world after she was chosen as the face for H&M’s 2025 Sring campaign.
It is not the first time that music and fashion have collided and Tyla is the latest star to join that world. She was joined her sister Sydney as well as FKA Twigs, Caroline Ploachek and the Ibeyi sisters, The South African reported.
This is the latest chance for South Africans to see Tyla’s stardom on the global stage and to see her partner with a major international brand such as H&M. Her style is a perfect reflection of H&M’s ethos—accessible yet aspirational, with a dash of cultural specificity.
Tyla, who has already signed an endorsement deal with global sports brand Nike, has expressed herself through fashion and has often said she has a style that prioritise comfort over anything else.
“I like wearing what makes me feel confident and fly. Whatever compliments my body and feels effortless is always a yes,” she said.

According to IOL, The H&M Spring/Summer 2025 is an ode to femininity and is an exploration of moods, sensibilities and identities. It is a celebration of women, their strengths, and their individuality.
“We wanted to offer exceptional pieces that bring energy and light. A sense of escape felt very relevant: we wanted to play with a beautiful bohemia, rock icons and festival freedom,” she said.
The first drop of the H&M “Festival-Ready” spring/summer collection will be available in stores and online on March 20, 2025.
