Cape Town — Springbok captain, Siya Kolisi, left fans talking about his family home in Paris after uploading a beautiful family picture to his social media.
Siya took to Instagram and posted a selfie with his wife, Rachel, and their children, Nicholas (9) and Keziah (6), lying on the couch, as the family enjoyed a relaxing Sunday together.
“Sunday ❤️” he captioned the photo.

Many of the comments spoke about the family and what a beautiful picture it was, talking and complimenting the beautiful family. However, not all the comments were positive, as one comment said the house was not fitting for the Springbok captain and his family.
Many of Siya’s followers were quick to defend him and their family home, saying it did not matter the size of the house, and that despite the house being small, it clearly made the family happy.
“No disrespect to the Captain is this a house 🏠 or Hotel/Condo you deserve a better house for a captain,” @izaya673 said.
@jolevdwesthuizen_jo replied and said: “home is where the heart is. You can live in a beautiful big house and have nothing and be empty inside, this here…. this pic in this home or apartment is home. With a wife and children …. no size matters. Its home. Houses, apartments in anycase is way different in Europe as in SA. Cannot compare the style and sizes,” @jolenevdwesthuizen_jo said.
@charlenestoffels added: “@izaya673 I disagree with you… Think further than material things. This is a humble family”.
@nunencane said: ” @izaya673 y’all are so forward! In what universe did you think that question was ok to ask?
