Cape Town – South Africans have taken to social media to express their excitement and what they expect to see after MultiChoice confirmed the return of the reality television show, Big Brother Mzansi.
“Big Brother is always watching!! The much-loved Big Brother Mzansi will be making its highly anticipated return to your screens soon. Are you ready? It promises to be as exciting, entertaining and action-packed as ever. #BBMzansi,” wrote Dstv on Twitter.
The show is about housemates who live together in one house, disconnected from the outside world – no communication with friends and family.

The contestants are monitored 24 hours by Big Brother and the viewers.
The show last graced the screens in 2015.
The consensus surrounding the announcement of the show’s return, however, is that most fans of the show would like to see brand new faces, implying that mainstream celebrities and well-known influencers should not appear.

I hope not.
Temptation Island is boring because of that.
I hope it’s new people who are not even influencers. Create new stars!
