Cape Town – Social media influencer Nadia Japhta is known for creating fun content with her family and friends and has had a quick rise to fame for it. Now, she can proudly say she’s a homeowner.
Japhta has a great following on Instagram and TikTok, with over 500 000 followers. She took to Instagram to post her new house on her account, showing the inside of the apartment. The pictures showed a blue ribbon wrapped around her door as the real estate agent handed over the home. She revealed she became the proud owner of the house before she turned 30.
She said in the caption: “Your girl is a homeowner. If you asked me if I’d be a homeowner before 30 a few years ago, I wouldn’t have believed you but here I am counting my blessings every single day!”
