Cape Town – Khanyi Mbau has taken to Instagram to show off her dramatic new look, attributing the change to “facial threads”.
Last month, Mbau revealed she had undergone the thread lift procedure with posts captioned: “Always wanted to get threads done and finally @dr.licaecaterina agreed to booking me in for a lux experience at the Aeon clinic at the Atlantis the Royal ✨.”

Khanyi has always been transparent about her beauty enhancements and procedures.
According to The South African, in an interview carried out by Anele Mdoda, on the SABC 3 show Real Talk, Mbau claimed she is indifferent to the criticism she faces for the work she’s had done on her body and face.
“I am not shy of being black. I am very black, but I am the free black. The liberated and free black. The one who, if I want to do something, I do it, regardless of what people say”, she said at the time
