Cape Town — The wife of the late rapper Riky Rick, Bianca Naidoo, announced his posthumous album, titled Boss Zonke Forever, on 23 February, three years after his death.
Riky Rick’s death on 23 February 2022 shocked the South African music world as the singer was just 34 years old when he passed away. It was suspected that he committed suicide. He left behind his wife, Bianca and their two kids, Jordan and Maik, The South African reported.
His death left a huge void in the South African music industry, which was left reeling a year later following the death of AKA and Costa Titch in 2023.
However, Bianca revealed that he left his fans one more piece of music from beyond the grave as she took to Instagram to reveal his album with the cover title Boss Zonke Forever as well as the 16-song playlist featuring some of South Africa’s biggest music stars such as Casper Nyovest, Blxckie and Focalistic.
The album is set to be released on 4 April.
