Cape Town — South African media personality Ayanda Thabethe has surprised fans with a special announcement after she revealed she’s pregnant with her second child.
Rumours started circulating that Ayanda was pregnant after she posted, and quickly deleted, an Instagram post where her baby bump was revealed.
But now the rumours are no more as Ayanda has announced the pending arrival of baby number two and she used a cute video to reveal the joyous news.
Taking to her Instagram, she uploaded a video where she was covered in white lace and sparkles as the video slwoly revealed her baby bump sparking many congratulations in the comments.
“First came Love, then came your brother and now, You. We’re overjoyed to welcome and to love on the perfect little addition to our growing family 🤍,” she said.

“Again and Again Mommy ❤️ Congratulations my sunshine,” wrote Lerato Kganyago.

In March, Ayanda celebrated her son’s first birthday and, at the time, said how grateful she was for the miracle in her life and how her life was changed afterwards.
“How do you summarise a year that’s changed your life forever. I’d like to thank God publicly for this miracle I’ve chosen to enjoy privately alongside the most supportive and loving partner. I couldn’t have dreamt that life would be this good but it really really is and I feel like the luckiest woman in the world,” she said.
