Cape Town — South African singer Amanda Black has cleared the air regarding the allegations that fellow music star Sjava had sexually assaulted and raped her.
Amanda was forced to deny the claims after a video started circulating on X that showed her having a breakdown while she was on stage performing.
“Amanda Black breaks down on stage while Performing thinking of how Sjava raped her,” the caption read.
In response to the video and claims going around, Amanda took to Instagram and in her post, she denied any sort of rape and sexual assault allegations and set the record straight.
“Hi everyone. Sjava did not sexually assault me. I have no idea where these rumours came from, but they are not true and did not come from me,” she wrote.
