Cape Town – South African Award-winning deejay Nkosinathi Maphumulo, better known as “DJ Black Coffee”, has made Mzansi proud after producing and writing three songs on Drake’s new album, Honestly, Nevermind.
According to Drum, the Honestly, Nevermind album was released on Friday, nine months after his previous album, Certified Lover Boy.
Black Coffee was listed as a producer alongside Drake himself, Noah ‘40’ Shebib, Oliver El-Khatib and Noel Kadastre just to name a few.
Three songs on the album were credited to him as producer and co-writer: Texts Go Green, Currents, and Overdrive.

The Citizen reported that this was not the first time Drake’s music received the Black Coffee touch.

Tweeps congratulated Black Coffee.
