Cape Town — Award-winning South African musician, Emtee, was involved in a car accident this past weekend and Mzansi has sent him messages of strength and recovery.
The rapper took to his X account and revealed that the accident occurred when a drunk driver overtook a truck and hit is car. It was alleged that Emtee threatened him with a gun and he said he wanted to beat the driver, but resisted.

According to The South African, Emtee has it that the man who allegedly caused the accident was peddling a false narrative that has since taken a toll on his image.
The rapper also said the other driver appeared to be more worried about his car than the damages he caused but Emtee did not wat the situation to turn ugly.
He received messages of support from his fans on X, who commented to say they were relieved the rapper was unharmed in the incident
