Cape Town – Artist Libani “Rasta” Sirenje took to his paint and brushes recently to honour the late slain Hip Hop rapper, Sandile “DJ Citi Lyts” Mkhize with a portrait.
The Hip Hop rapper was allegedly shot ten times by unknown suspects who are still at large.
Police have since launched a manhunt for the unknown alleged suspects and have appealed to the public to come forward with any information that might lead to the successful arrest of the alleged perpetrators.

Rasta is well-known for painting deceased well-known and prominent South African figures. He carved a niche for himself in the entertainment industry as he tops the Twitter trends list almost everytime a celebrity has passed on.
Twitter eagerly awaits for one of his painting depictions.
Taking to Twitter Rasta shared his latest depiction – that of the late “Vura” hitmaker.
“RIP DJ Citi Lyts, your contribution and energy in music will be missed. Rest Ntwana,” he wrote in a caption alongside the painting.
