Cape Town – South African actress and former model, Ayanda Borotho celebrated her 42nd birthday this month.
Taking to social media, Ayanda gave her followers a peek into the festivities.
She celebrated her special day with family and friends with whom she shared tears and laughter. The actress uploaded pictures of her with her daughters, childhood friends, siblings, and colleagues.
In her 42 years of existence, Ayanda has accomplished much but is perhaps best known for playing the title role in the SABC 1 sitcom Nomzamo, from 2007-2010.
She began her acting career in 1999 after landing the role of babysitting schoolgirl Thami in the SABC 1 soapie Generations (South African TV series). In 2000 she had a minor role in the Leon Schuster film Mr Bones.
“Hunnay the way you’re rocking 42 – can we get an upgrade quicker is what we’re all asking!!!!!! Keep shining! Love you madly ❤️❤️❤️ Happy happy happy,” wrote one follower in the comment section of one of Ayanda’s birthday posts.
