Cape Town – South African rugby player Siya Kolisi and his wife Rachel Kolisi proved why they are a power couple during their recent trip to the Adidas headquarters in Germany.
About a week ago, the couple took to Instagram to share that they would be on their way to Germany.
“See you tomorrow Herzogenaurach ?? @adidasza,” Rachel wrote.
“On our way ✈️ to ?? @adidas HQ Herzogenaurach , looking forward to it!” wrote Siya on his Instagram.

The couple then touched down in Germany and spent some time at the Adidas headquarters where Siya told his story and the pair spoke about the Kolisi foundation.
Rachel took to her Instagram to give followers a detailed explanation of what took place in the first few days of their trip.
“Yesterday @siyakolisi and I were given the opportunity to share more about his amazing story, and the work the @kolisi_foundation is doing,” she wrote.
“The first session at the @adidas HQ and the 2nd in a more intimate session.
“I’m so blown away by the response. And so grateful for this amazing partnership, with a brand that has a core belief that sport has the power to change lives.”
Meanwhile, Siya said he enjoyed the dialogue about sports and its ability to enhance lives.
“Great spending time with the @adidas family at their HQ in Germany. I enjoyed the conversations about how we can continue using sports to change lives!” Siya wrote on in an Instagram caption.

The couple also seemed to have had a goose-step challenge between the two of them, and funnily enough, rugby fans awarded the first prize to Rachel, who looked like she had more elegance in the step than her husband.
However, she disagreed saying: “No one should ever see that ‘goose step’ in real time – it was a mess.”
Another person that thought Rachel had won the challenge was social media personality Jarryd Harris, who is better known as the Rugby Guy.
Siya asked him to rate the goose-step and he obliged. He gave Rachel an 8/10 for her “wonderful head movement” and gave Siya a 6.5/10, telling the South African captain that he “needed to be more explosive”.
