Cape Town – Reality TV star and social media influencer, Eva Modika showed off her new sculpted body in a recent naked photoshoot.
The Diamond and Dolls star shared snaps from her naked shoot on her Instagram.
The star covered her private areas with barely-there green leaves displaying an hourglass body with more definition in her tummy and waist area.
According to TimesLive Modika travelled all the way to Turkey in April to get a Brazilian butt lift and liposuction that cost her R65 000.
The star previously relied on photoshop and filters to achieve her doll-like figure, said the report.

A report by News24 said this was Modika’s second attempt to achieve her desired hourglass figure following her botch 360 liposuction done in South Africa in 2020.
“I had a lump on my first procedure next to my umbilical cord which sometimes caused discomfort. All surgery is painful, but I just discovered the first surgery gave me fibrosis, lumps and that’s actually very sad because I only realised now in Turkey with this second surgery. But he has removed the lump,” the report quoted her as saying.
The social media influencer also raved about her aftercare treatment, saying the nurses were sweet and did everything to ensure her fast healing process.
