Cape Town – Award-winning House music DJ turned businessman, Sibusiso Leope, popularly known as DJ Sbu, topped Twitter trends this week as a recent picture of his “unkempt look ” went viral.
The screenshot picture was taken from DJ Sbu’s award-winning YouTube channel “The Hustlers Corner SA”, where he was interviewing American YouTuber, Mansa May.
In the poor-quality picture, the radio personality could be seen wearing oversized shades, and an oversized sweater. He also spotted what many social media users described as “ungroomed beard and dreadlocks”.

The picture went viral on Twitter, with many bashing the DJ, calling him “untidy” and suggesting he needed a “bath”.
Some suggested that DJ Sbu was no longer under pressure to look like he had money now that he had it.
DJ Sbu was no stranger when it came to creating mixed reactions on social media.
Earlier this year, he posted a video of himself hugging a tree and encouraged Mzansi to do the same.
Social media users had different thoughts about the video, with some saying it was bizarre, while some seemed to understand what the DJ was trying to convey.
