Cape Town – Lalela Mswane is the new Miss South Africa after she was crowned at the Grand Arena in Cape Town on Saturday.
Mswane, 24, is a Bachelor of Law graduate from the University of Pretoria, according to Channel24.
She is originally from Richards Bay’s KwaSokhulu.
Mswane will be awarded with a R4 million prize package that included R1 million in cash, a fully furnished apartment at Central Square Sandton, and a Mercedes Benz C-Class Sedan for the year of her reign.
Along her side were the two runner-ups, Moratwe Masima and Zimi Mabunzi.
