Cape Town — South African media personality Unathi Nkayi gave her fans some inspiration to start the new week as she showed off her stunning body in the gym.
Unathi started the week off by hitting the gym on both Monday and Tuesday and gave her followers words of motivation to make sure they started the week right.
On Monday, she posted pictures of herself looking toned and fit in a sports bra and gym pants as she got herself ready for an afternoon class.
“Are you gonna skip today? We never skip Monday. Back in the afternoon for boxing and kick boxing. It’s shooting season.”

She then took to Instagram again on Tuesday to post more gym selfies and showing that she’s feeling good about herself. It was part of her “Food Therapy Tuesdays” where she gave fans a insight into her diet and eating habits. including eating small portions, eating a plant-based diet and only drinking black coffee and tea.
“FOOD THERAPY TUESDAY. Many of you have asked me to share what I eat.”
“I don’t eat bread, pasta and dairy. I’ve even cut out almond milk in my coffee. Black coffee and tea it is. I have plant based days where I don’t eat animal products. Know that spinach and broccoli are protein too.”

Unathi revealed that Minnie Dlamini played a big role in helping her overcome her depression, which has helped her in feeling like her old self again.
““Therapy Tuesdays: When you literally pulled me out of depression; stuck in my bedroom for a week and flew me to you. I love you Gazlam @minniedlamini,” Unathi said.
