Cape Town – In a series of posts she has been sharing across her social media pages, exotic dancer, Zodwa Wa Bantu seems to be embarking on her ancestral journey.
The controversial dancer is known for her flamboyance and candour, she took to Instagram lately to share a picture with her followers of her seemingly undergoing a traditional ceremony.
In the shared photo, Zodwa can be seen draped in a white sheet and kneeling in front of burning incense and burning candles, while two males behind her are holding a live white chicken on top of her shoulders. A third male is seen stirring something in a bucket in front of her.

“I am currently in the process of accepting my ancestors. But I was advised not to rush myself…everything will be revealed to me at the right time,” Drum quoted the dancer as saying.
She said she started having dreams that kept getting serious. She then consulted with a sangoma who put everything into perspective for her.
