Cape Town – In celebration of International Women’s Day, Connie Ferguson and her sister Lerato Atsie Pilane took to Instagram to show their love for one another by posting pictures together to their respective Instagram accounts.
Ferguson posted a series of pictures as a mini-video series with her sister as they took some cute mirror selfies together.
“Thank you Sis. For EVERYTHING.??❤️ I love you to infinity and beyond.??❤️ @astoshiah,” Ferguson said.
Pilane commented on the post, saying: “I love you more sis ??? thank you too for EVERYTHING my Benasie ? @connie_ferguson.”

In the first post, Pilane said: “My mother’s child ✨✨✨ Motho Ke mo rata♥️ Thank you for the lovely evening my mothoo.”

According to The South African, the sisters have been rocks to each other for many years, often leaning on each other through good and bad times.
Pilane also revealed that her sister was going through a difficult time when her husband Shona Ferguson was battling Covid-19.
She said her sister had called her and asked if she could come and be her support system, saying: “I was in Botswana, and we had just lost another brother to Covid-19. She [Ferguson] called and said, eix Nana, I need you. Mr Sho is not well,” TimesLIVE reported.
