Cape Town — Amapiano sensation Lady Du has recently admitted to breaking the bank following her latest business venture – the opening of her second saloon.
It’s no doubt that Lady Du lives a lifestyle of glitz and glamour, as her illustrious career in the music industry has afforded her to do such. However, in the same breath, she has been known to channel her wealth into her beauty business as well.
As reported by The South African, the amapiano star has invested a considerable fortune in her passions, as 2023 had marked the year of her beauty saloon’s grand opening, Wawa La Beauty in Kwa-Thema, Ekurhuleni.
Despite her music success, Lady Du has always held the beauty industry in high regard and boasts several educational qualifications in somatology, the report said.
Surprisingly, before making waves on South African music stages, she travelled to over 100 countries as a professional cruise ship somatologist and therapist.
Being true to her business-savvy nature, the artist recently set social media abuzz, as she took to Instagram to reveal the opening of her second beauty saloon — which came at a hefty price, as jokingly stated by the now 2-time business owner.
“Round 2, wawalabeauty 2 opening soon 🫡🫡🫡😇😇😇😇 im officially broke 😂😂😂😂” she wrote.
