Cape Town – Wife of Springboks flyhalf Marise Pollard, recently gave fans a delightful peek into their action-packed weekend in Durban, Kwa-Zulu Natal, with an Instagram post that captured all the love and excitement.
The Springboks took on Ireland at Hollywoodbets Kings Park Stadium this past Saturday and Marise didn’t miss a beat. She shared a charming album filled with heart-warming snapshots, including adorable moments with their 4-month-old baby, Hunter Pollard.
The album featured not just the Pollards but also fellow Springbok WAGS (Wives and Girlfriends), like Domenic de Allende, Holly Clare le Roux, Anlia Etzebeth and Layla Kolbe, all sharing in the joy of the weekend together.

What’s next for the Springboks?
According to The South African, the Springboks are gearing up to face Portugal in Bloemfontein on Saturday, July 20. The national team touched down in the Free State last Sunday to kick off their preparations for this exciting showdown.
Coach Rassie Erasmus shared his insights with SA Rugby emphasising: “Portugal is a quality team, as they proved during the Rugby World Cup last year by defeating Fiji. We know they’ll be looking to make a strong statement against us. While we might mix things up for this Test, we’ll field a top-notch team that we fully believe can help us get our season back on track.”
